Clean and spacious room, comfortable stay, great shower with air conditioning, easy bus access to city center

outstanding food for all meals. big size and bright units with fresh linen and coffee plus a view of nearby car park. location near to a historical center as well as suburbs free parking.

Located about 2km from the city center, requiring a steep walk back uphill. Multiple rooms showed signs of needed refurbishment, including mold in bathrooms and broken tiles. Building work disrupted the overall experience with noise and safety concerns, particularly around the breakfast area. Limited bar area had poor ambiance, exacerbated by irritating hip-hop music in the background. The dining options tended to be bland, with one occasion where a pre-arranged dinner was abruptly closed despite previous confirmations.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveler, mainly to explore the nearby attractions of Siena. The view of the city from my room was a definite highlight, and the spacious room. I also appreciated the bus service that made it easy to get to the city center without any hassle.

It was all uncomplicated! The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel and absolutely recommendable for this price, very clean and well equipped. The bathroom is a dream, modern and clean ! There is a small point of criticism for the mattresses, a bit too hard, for my feeling. Overall impression: Good

Sounds from the adjoining rooms were a little too loud and disturbing.

Very modern and clean hotel as well as the room. Generous and tasty breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Location is far from everything. This is possible by car, bus service is not until late in the evening.

Most wonderful, warm, welcoming and helpful staff ever! We arrived very early in the morning: tired and in need of some rest. They had a room and gave it to us immediately!! Location is great for driving as you can leave your car and take a taxi into central Sienna. Rooms are large, sparkling clean and quiet. Hotel has good parking and it is easy to take day driving trips to surrounding area. Food was good.

Who woudl have thought a 4 star hotel tht doesn't provide an electric kettle? After a long day, I was met with annoyance instead of comfort. And the water pressure in the shower was ridiculous, fluctuating like a rollercoaster. I expected something special , not just the bare minimum. So disappointed, I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

Good quality breakfast and dinner. Bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Quiet location. Free private parking spaces.
